Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.crediple.com and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.

1. Definitions

"Crediple" refers to the web application and all associated services operated by Crediple India Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
"User" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Platform.
"Services"include, but are not limited to, credit report analysis, credit score improvement, credit repair, credit optimisation, credit correction, external credit rating, credit custom services and Loan Konnect services.
"Loan DSA" refers toStarpowerz Digital Technologies Private Limited,an independent Loan Direct Selling Agent that provides loans services across the Nation.
"Platform Fee" refers to a one-time fee charged by Crediple to Users for accessing the digital platform and for facilitating connection with the Loan DSA.

2. Eligibility

CrYou must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide true, current, and complete information when using the Platform.
Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.
Users shall not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

4. Scope of Services

Crediple provides services including but not limited to:

Credit Audit
Credit Analysis
Credit Report Repair
Credit Score Improvement
Credit Optimisation
Credit Correction
Credit Facilitation
External Credit Rating Facilitation

5. Loan Konnect Services Disclaimer

Crediple offers a Loan Konnect Service, where it functions exclusively as a digital facilitator ("Konnector"), connecting Users with a Loan Direct Selling Agent, namely Starpowerz Digital Technologies Private Limited, for loan-related assistance.

The Loan DSA offers three categories of service: Free, Standard, and Premium, depending on the user’s requirements.
Crediple collects a one-time Platform Fee for enabling this connection. This fee does not entitle the User to any loan or loan-related service delivery by Crediple.
Crediple is not involved in processing, approving, or managing any loan applications. The full responsibility for loan and loan-related services rests solely with the Loan DSA.
Crediple does not guarantee loan sanction, terms, interest rates, disbursement timelines, or service outcomes.
Users agree that Crediple has no control over and no liability for the performance, advice, communication, or actions of the Loan DSA.
By engaging with the Loan Konnect Service, Users irrevocably waive any right to claim damages, refunds, or redress from Crediple in relation to the actions or services of the Loan DSA.
All financial services, loan processing, and related engagements are exclusively between the User and Starpowerz Digital Technologies Private Limited. Crediple provides only the technical interface and connectivity.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain services on the Platform are subject to service charges and platform fees.
Users will be informed of the applicable service charges structure during onboarding or before the availing of a specific service.
All fees are to be paid upfront and are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Users must ensure timely payment. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of access to Services.

7. Predefined Service Categories

Crediple categorises its services into distinct tiers based on scope and complexity, including but not limited to:

Credit Report Analysis
Credit Report Repair
Credit Score Improvement
Credit Score Optimisation
Credit Correction
Credit Facilitation
External Credit Rating Facilitation
Loan Konnect Platform Service

Service-specific charges will be shared with Users at the time of availing of the specific service. Crediple reserves the right to modify its pre defined service charges structure and associated pricing periodically.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned or licensed by Crediple. Users may not reproduce or distribute content without written authorization.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Crediple makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No information provided by Crediple shall create any warranty unless explicitly set out in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crediple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Crediple’s total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to Crediple for the specific service in question.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crediple and its officers, affiliates, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of their use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Crediple assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of such third parties.

13. Termination

Crediple may suspend or terminate User access at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any behavior that undermines the Platform or other users.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telanagana.

15. Modifications

Crediple reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & conditions , constitute the full and binding agreement between the User and Crediple.
