5. Right To Cancel Services

  • Right to Cancel Services: Customers have the right to cancel any service provided by Crediple within 10 minutes after SRN generation and subject to our cancellation policy and refund terms outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
  • No Guarantee of Outcomes: While Crediple will use its best efforts to improve customers' credit reports and scores, we do not guarantee any specific credit score improvement or particular outcome from credit repair services. The results depend on the unique circumstances of each customer’s credit situation.

6. Clear Communication Of Pre-defined Service Charges

Crediple is committed to providing clear and upfront communication regarding all fees and charges associated with our services. This includes:

  • Full disclosure of all service charges before any service is initiated, as outlined in the Service Agreement.
  • Explanation of any additional fees for third-party services, such as credit report retrieval, credit audits, or additional credit score improvement services.
  • No hidden charges or surprise fees are imposed at any point during the service process.

7. Ethical Credit Repair And Improvement Practices

We follow ethical practices in all aspects of credit repair and improvement services:

  • No False Claims: We do not make false promises or claims about credit improvements or scores. All marketing and communications will truthfully represent the services offered and the possible outcomes.
  • No Unlawful Activities: Crediple does not engage in or support any illegal practices, including fraudulent reporting or manipulation of credit reports or scores.

8. Advisory Services And Responsible Credit Management

Crediple fully complies with all applicable state and National laws in relation to credit reporting, credit repair and other all credit related services. This includes:

  • Ensuring accuracy in all credit reports and rectifying any errors that may negatively affect a customer’s credit profile.
  • Providing customers with a right to access their credit reports
  • Respecting customer privacy by ensuring that sensitive credit-related information is handled and shared securely and responsibly.

10. Customer Support And Dispute Resolution

Crediple is committed to offering customer support to address any concerns, questions, or issues that arise. Customers are encouraged to contact us for:

  • Clarifications regarding their credit reports or any part of the services provided.
  • Filing disputes related to incorrect information in credit reports, which Crediple will work with the relevant parties to resolve.
  • Escalating grievances through our Grievance Redressal process, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

  • Customer’s Responsibility: The Customer agrees to provide accurate and truthful information when availing services, cooperate in the credit improvement process, and understand the limitations of credit repair services.

12. No Guarantee Of Specific Outcomes

While Crediple takes all reasonable steps to improve credit reports and scores, we make no guarantee that a specific credit score increase or a particular result will occur, as credit improvement depends on various factors outside our control, including:

  • The customer’s financial behavior.
  • The actions of third parties, such as lenders, creditors, and credit bureaus.
  • The information and history present in the customer's credit report.

13. Changes To The Fair Credit Practices Policy

Crediple reserves the right to amend or update this Fair Credit Practices Policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be communicated to customers via email, website updates, or other appropriate means, and will apply to services provided after the updated policy takes effect.
