This Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") governs the use of the website www.crediple.com, including any mobile applications, software, products, services, and other digital assets offered or made available by Crediple, a credit enablement platform operated by Crediple India Private Limited ("Crediple", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to this Disclaimer in full. If you do not accept any part of this Disclaimer, you must immediately cease all access or use of the Platform and its services.

1. Informational and Facilitation Purpose Only

Crediple provides credit awareness, credit analysis, credit report repair, credit score improvement, credit score optimisation, loan konnect and related advisory services. The information provided through the Platform is intended for informational and facilitation purposes only and should not be considered as financial, investment, legal, or credit advice. All decisions made by the user on the basis of information or facilitation through Crediple are at their sole discretion and risk.

2. No Guarantee or Warranty

While we strive to provide accurate, verified, and updated information and services, Crediple makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, adequacy, completeness, or reliability of any information
• The outcome of any credit repair or credit improvement effort
• The future movement of credit scores or credit reports
• Eligibility for any loans, financial products, or services
• Results from using any tools, calculators, ratings, or simulations on the Platform

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without any warranties of any kind.

3. No Regulatory Authority Status

Crediple is not a credit bureau, credit rating agency, financial institution, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), or a bank, and is not regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). We do not issue credit scores or make lending decisions.

4. Loan Konnect Disclaimer

As part of our Loan Konnect feature, Crediple may facilitate a connection between the user and Starpowerz Digital Technologies Private Limited, a Loan Direct Selling Agent ("DSA"). Users must acknowledge and accept the following:

• Crediple acts solely as a digital connector or facilitator, enabling access to a DSA for availing loan-related assistance.
• The loan services, documentation, eligibility, offers, negotiations, and processing are exclusively handled by the DSA, over which Crediple has no control, influence, or authority.
• Crediple does not offer, underwrite, approve, or reject any loan and does not guarantee any outcomes related to loan disbursements, offers, interest rates, or timelines.
• The user agrees that Crediple will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or grievance arising out of the user's interaction with the DSA or any loan product, including delays, rejections, fraud, or misrepresentations by third parties.
• A one-time Platform Fee may be charged by Crediple for enabling the connection through Loan Konnect. This fee is for the facilitation only and is non-refundable and non-contingent upon any outcome.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

The Platform may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms, APIs, content, or services. Crediple does not endorse, monitor, control, or assume responsibility for any thirdparty content, products, or services, including:

• Credit bureau portals (Trans Union CIBIL, CRIF, Experian and Equifax )
• DSA services or financial institutions
• KYC or verification tools
• Payment gateways or SMS/email providers

Your use of such third-party platforms is governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

6. User Responsibility and Due Diligence

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on information or connections facilitated by Crediple.
• You must conduct your own due diligence before acting on any service recommendations or third-party interactions.
• You will ensure that all documents and information submitted to the Platform are true, accurate, current, and lawful.
• You understand that misuse or fraudulent use of services may lead to suspension, termination, and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws, Crediple, its parent company, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of income, opportunity, or data
• Reputational damage
• Financial losses or rejections by lenders
• Credit score fluctuations
• Unintended disclosure of personal or financial data due to technical or third-party errors

This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crediple and its affiliates, employees, officers, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Platform or services
• Violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
• Submission of inaccurate, unlawful, or misleading data or documents
• Any transactions entered into with third-party service providers introduced by Crediple

9. Changes to the Disclaimer

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise this Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Disclaimer periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hyderabad, India.
