Crediple User Code of Conduct
Crediple India Private Limited ("Crediple") is committed to delivering transparent, secure, and ethical credit solutions to its users. All registered users, channel partners, credit associates, or any individual accessing or using Crediple services are required to adhere to the following Code of Conduct, which is binding and forms part of our user agreement, policies, and digital terms of use.
1. Lawful Use of Services
Users shall access and utilize Crediple's services only for lawful and authorized purposes. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempt to manipulate, bypass, or interfere with Crediple's systems, services, data sources, credit bureaus, or affiliate institutions is strictly prohibited. Users agree to comply with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Indian Penal Code, 1860
- Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005
- Data Protection and Privacy regulations as amended from time to time
Violations may lead to immediate suspension, legal action, and/or termination of access without prior notice.
2. Accuracy and Integrity of Information
Users must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal, financial, and business information during registration, application, or any interaction with Crediple. Submission of forged, misleading, or falsified documents, credit data, or transactional records is a criminal offense and may attract:
- Legal prosecution under Sections 415, 420 of IPC
- Permanent blacklisting from the Crediple platform
- Mandatory reporting to Credit Bureaus and Regulators
3. Confidentiality Obligations
Users shall maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of using Crediple services. Disclosure of:
- Internal reports
- Credit health analytics
- System dashboards or algorithms
- Any data accessed under NDA
...without explicit written consent from Crediple constitutes a breach of contractual obligations and may result in civil penalties or injunction.
4. Respect for Platform Integrity
Users must not engage in activities that compromise the security, stability, or operational integrity of the Crediple platform, including:
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or APIs
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Creating load via bots, crawlers, or scripts without authorization
Such acts may result in:
- Suspension or revocation of access
- Reporting under the IT Act for cyber offences
- Legal and monetary liabilities for damages incurred
5. Responsible Use of Credit Services
All Crediple services such as Credit Report Repair, Credit Score Improvement, Credit Correction, and External Rating must be used ethically and responsibly. Misuse, misrepresentation, or miscommunication of service results or outcomes to any third party (e.g., lenders, banks, partners) will be considered a serious offense.
6. Fair and Respectful Engagement
Crediple expects all users to treat its employees, credit associates, and support teams with fairness, dignity, and respect. Any:
- Verbal abuse
- Harassment (including through social media or email)
- Threatening or discriminatory conduct
...will lead to:
- Warning and possible suspension
- Reporting to appropriate legal authorities
- Forfeiture of pending services without refund
7. Data Security and Privacy
Users must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any unauthorized:
- Access or scraping of user or platform data
- Sharing of login credentials
- Storage of credit data without encryption or consent
must be immediately reported to support@crediple.com. Crediple reserves the right to audit user data handling practices at its discretion.
8. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
Crediple has zero tolerance for bribery, kickbacks, illegal commissions, or undue influence in service execution or channel engagement. Users shall not:
- Offer or accept gifts, monetary benefits, or favours
- Influence Crediple's credit assessments or reports through corrupt means
Violation will result in:
- Immediate suspension
- Legal notice under the Prevention of Corruption Act
- Reporting to regulators or enforcement agencies
9. Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Users must disclose any potential conflict of interest prior to or during their engagement with Crediple. This includes:
- Dual representation (as agent and applicant)
- Misuse of insider access
- Hidden affiliations with competing platforms
Failure to disclose may result in:
- Blacklisting
- Legal claims of damages
- Withdrawal of certification or partner rights (if applicable)
Declaration
By accessing or using any part of Crediple's services, users declare that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Code of Conduct. This document may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
